3. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement of a puppy.

Doberman Tribe reserves the right to:

• Select homes based on compatibility, experience, and suitability
• Maintain a waitlist system for future litters

Our goal is to ensure the best match between each puppy and its future home.

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Puppy pricing typically ranges between $4,500–$5,000
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a puppy
• Final payment terms will be communicated to approved applicants

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of reservation.

5. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deposit secures a position on the waitlist or reserves a specific puppy once assigned.

Doberman Tribe reserves the right to refuse placement even after a deposit if it is determined that the home is no longer suitable.

6. Health and Care Disclaimer

All puppies are raised with structured care, health protocols, and veterinary oversight.

However:

• No breeder can guarantee the absence of all health conditions
• Buyers are responsible for ongoing care, nutrition, and veterinary treatment after placement
• Health guarantees, if provided, will be outlined separately in a written agreement

7. Ownership Responsibilities

By acquiring a Doberman from our program, you agree to:

• Provide proper care, training, and supervision
• Maintain a stable and suitable environment
• Commit to the long-term well-being of the dog

Doberman Tribe reserves the right to reclaim or assist in rehoming if a dog is no longer properly cared for.

8. Breeding Rights

Puppies are sold as companion animals unless otherwise agreed.

Breeding rights are:

• Not included by default
• Granted only to approved individuals or programs
• Subject to separate agreements and conditions

Unauthorized breeding is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Doberman Tribe shall not be held liable for:

• Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from ownership of a dog
• Decisions made by owners regarding training, care, or environment

Responsibility transfers fully to the owner upon placement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Doberman Tribe.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms
